- Run a race out of state
- Run a 5K in 30 minutes or less
- Train for and run a 10K
- Work on upper body strength (kettlebells)
- Run 50 miles in 30 days
- Enter at least 6 races
- Bicycle after dinner during the summer

Fitness Goals 2010
